How to request a refund
Email support@yousafeconsultancy.com with your full name, order reference, and reason. Eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-refundable items
Government or third-party fees, including SEVIS and visa application fees paid on your behalf, are not refundable under any circumstances.

Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most concerns are resolved quickly through our support team. Initiating a dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of future services.
